Whether you’re navigating life’s transitions, wrestling with destructive habits, working through relationship dynamics or experiencing big emotions, I’m here to support you. Together, we can identify and nourish your innate wisdom, strength, and power to heal.

My background in biopsychosocial health studies, psychology, and addiction counselling allows me to incorporate a holistic, evidence-based, and integrative understanding of mental health into my counselling practice. My client centred approach draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities including narrative, IFS, MI, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
